Talk about the rock music that you love here! | | Dog's eating nature | | HaiMy sister's dog browny eats only once in the night and does not eat for the whole of the day. I wonder how only one square meal is enough for such a big dog. Even biscuits also only three or four during whole of the day it consumes. Is it ok or do all the dogs have such eating habits? | | Oh my gosh! Your so skinny! | | My boyfriend was trying to cheer me up yesterday, so he took me to the pet store to play with the puppies. While we were there, we decided to play with a little boxer puppy. She didn't look that skinny in her kennel, until they brought her into the room with us! The lady put her on the floor and I immedietly said, "Oh honey your so skinny!", the lady said that she was the perfect weight. What does she think we are, stupid? The poor dog was nothing but skin and bones. You could see EVERY single rib, and you could see the well defined lines of her skull bones poking on her little head. She was coughing a lot, and sneezing constantly, so I think she was very ill. I wanted to cry right then and there, and my boyfriend couldn't even stay in the room because he was so upset over it.I picked her up, because she was even too weak to play, and just held her in my arms, even though she was covered in her own feces. She was so tiny, and I want to cry just thinking about it now. How can they let that poor animal live that way? I wanted to take her home with me, and take care of her, but I couldn't because they charge insane prices for their animals and my own dog wouldn't approve. They... | |
| | My weekend starts tonight...YEAH!! | | I'm so excited right now I can barely contain myself. I am going to see skinny puppy (one of my fave all-time bands) live tonight. I've been listening to them since 1987 but have never been able to see them live before. I'll just be getting over that and then it's the Atlanta Tattoo Convention and some new ink....I'm positively giddy.ered in her own feces. She was so tiny, and I want to cry just thinking about it now. How can they let that poor animal live that way? They also claim they don't get any of their pets from puppy mills, that they are all locally bred animals, and none are from puppy mills. I don't believe them though, those poor dogs looked horrible.That particular pet store has never been so bad before, they usually keep great care of the animals, and they never look sickly. | | The most comfortable place in the world | | So there I was last night at the Skinny Puppy concert (great show BTW....monster hangover though....OUCH!!) surrounded by people all dressed in black, covered in tattoos, multi-colored hair, giant boot, piercings of all shapes and sizes, members of the same sex making out with each other and cuddling up, and not once did I see or hear anyone pointing other people out or making fun of how they looked....no-one cared. It's amazing to me that these people are the most frowned upon members of society yet seem to turn out to be the least judgemental of anyone else...it was a very comfortable and happy place to be....wish everyone could be the same way. | |
| | My Approval Rating Takes A Nosedive | | So George W. Bush thinks he has approval ratings problems. My rating (among kids aged 7-9) took a serious bruising tonight as they walked in on me shaving, a PINK towel wrapped around myself, dancing around and singing to my music. My 7 year old boy was instantly appaled at my towel color of choice and my 9 year old daughter was disgusted with my music selection (it was Skinny Puppy's "Human Disease" that was playing at the time)....she just can't imagine that I could listen to anything other than Justin Timberlake. She asked what I was listening to and when I told her she just shook her head and left the room...will have to do some damage control tomorrow with ice cream and candy...LOL | |

I say "old" because I still have the style of clothing hanging up in my closet. I aquired to become goth because I was inspired by music, culture, and friends around me.Goth; to dress in black, to listen to certain types of music (such as The Cure, Tones On Tail, Collide, Depeche Mode, Sisters Of Mercy, Skinny Puppy). A Goth person is ecsentric in fashion such as a Goth woman will wear black fishnet under black flowing dresses and wear costume jewelry that resembles diamonds. Goth culture avoids sunshine that may sunburn their skin. Some Goth people are senister thinkers, always thinking of death or sometimes dying, but not all Goth people think this way. Black lipstick would represent depression in their moods as the true color red lipstick would mean that one is happy. They enjoy history of Edwardian times or the roaring 1920's. Most Goth culture will turn to punk rock culture as some will remain low key (for instance myself).
