| | Sick of ignorance on Mylot- Islam and terrorism. | | First off, what´s wrong with you guys. Muslims taking old testament and gospel of Judas to poke at Christians, Christians taking off-context Qranic quotes and hate sites to poke fun at Muslims.Really guys. Relax.Sites like Evilbible, Prophetofdoom, Positiveatheism, SatanicIslam, are NOT trusted sites. If the first thing you do when you read something in a site that already declaers itself to be against some faith is to repost it here, without checking if its true, seriously, something is worng with you.Now on terrorism and Islam, here in Mylot there is a strong and enduring perception, guided by voices such as diverse as Pat Robertson and Osama bin Laden, that dearly wishes to portray Islam as an inherently violent, imperialist religion. There's just one very large problem with that. For the vast majority of worldwide Muslims, its simply not true, as studies continue to show. Not only is it not true for most everyday Muslims, its not true for Muslim leaders either:Worldwide Muslims condemn Al-Qaeda
http://www.muhajabah.com/otherscondemn.phpMuslim teachers, leaders, and scholars condemning terrorism

| | | Has there been any inspirational quote that guided most of your decisions? | | The inspirational quote I always have in my heart which dominated most of my decisions was from the Bible.. but I'm not sure what verse was that:"Love overcomes all fear"Being a fearful person that I am, this has become my personal quote in all my decisions. Though sometimes I must admit I'm most of the time overwhelmed with fear, there are some points that I always go after "love" especially when my loved ones are at stake. So, what has been your inspirational quote that has guided MOST of your decisions? Take care and happy good vibes everyone;) | |
| | the book that guided my life | | there was a time in my working hours that we had very few patients and so i was just waiting for my time to end doing nothing. when i looked around i saw a book and i started to scanned it. the title really caught my attention. it was " Move on to maturity". so i read it. in that book i got a lot of lessons like how Jesus died for us. according to the book a person can only feels complete if he has God with him. our heart is a God shape heart that he is only the one who fits for it and not the material things we have in this world. even if we have everything but we don't have God still something is lacking. i hope all of us will let God enter our God shape heart. | |
| | Guiding or Being Guided? Like The Matrix and Tomb Raider. | | When you were watching high tech combat movies, have you ever imagined placing yourself as a character in the story? Given a situation of field combat, where your team has the latest technology which can guide the on-field soldiers to where they have to shoot or hide, would you rather be the one in control of the situation, telling your teammates where to attack or retreat, or the one in the field, dependent on your leader? Would you prefer guiding or being guided?I thought of this when I watched the Matrix and Tomb Raider. | |
